Chlorophytum comosum ‘Vittatum’ (Spider Plant)

Variegated Spider Plant: Evergreen, easy to grow, grass-like perennial with tuberous roots 1-2 foot tall and wide. Slender green and white variegated arching leaves (white stripe in the center), great for hanging baskets. Small green-white star-shaped flowers in summer held in clusters on long stems that can extend a few feet. Good indoors or outside. Part sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, heat, clay, sand, and drought tolerant once established. Deer resistant.
