WeldOn 746 Pool Heavy Gray is built for durability in pool and spa plumbing. Its heavy bodied, medium-set formula ensures a secure joint even under stress, temperature variation, or exposure. With low VOC emissions and certifications to ASTM, NSF, and CSA standards, it delivers longterm performance. Use on rigid PVC classes & schedules (including Schedule 80), especially where large diameter or nonpressure pipe is involved.
Pro Tip
Always clean and dry pipes before applying. Use primer to prepare surfaces, especially in colder weather. Clamp or brace joints until fully set. For extra strength, partner 746 with matching fittings and proper PVC support.
Installation Tips
Use appropriate PPE (gloves, ventilation). Not for use with compressed air or gas testing. Allow full cure per manufacturer before pressurizing system. Store sealed; away from heat or freezing.
